In Concert, in Belfast at their Usher Hall so we have lots of footage of a jolly smiling orchestra zipping through their paces with John Mason MBE, as ever, conducting with zest.
In between times there are many excellent scenic sights to be seen from around Scotland.
A wee touch more piping than usual with both a 'tone poem' and a lively set from the highland dancers.
