Cass Meurig is a widely acclaimed fiddle and crwth player specialising in traditional Welsh folk music. She is a member of Welsh bands Fernhill and Pigyn Clust and appears with Esyllt Harker in the storytelling and song show 'Ganthrig Bwt'.

The world's first solo recording of crwth music. The Crwth is a rediscovered ancient Welsh instrument - more of a violin than a guitar, but which can be bowed, plucked or strummed, and produces normally a modal drone-based sound.
