FIRST HEARING:
Interesting.
A choir that sings straight at you without any 'plummy voices', almost like any gathering of 17 singers but with real harmonies.
The main accompanist is Doimnic Mac Giolla Bride and we noted on his sean-nos album that it was different and on the lighter side of that style; with interesting accompaniment; so maybe this is an equally interesting follow-up.
All sung in Irish Gaelic but booklet contains lyrics in English too.
