A unique attempt to cross folk into rock. Well received in some quarters, but not too far into folk circles. The idea was to have a Scottish version of 'Thin Lizzie' whacking out the trad-songs as 12-bar anthems BUT Scottish songs were more laid back ballads and airs so the end result rocked OK but in a more jazzy way. Another leader in it's field.
