Now here we have our first online meeting with the modern world of 'rights and the law'.
We are told in the very small print that this double CD features tracks recorded by Jimmy Shand on Parlophone Records between 1945 and 1956. We are also told, in the small print that the accordion featured on the front of the booklet is 'from a much more recent Honer range' than 'The Shand Morino' the box created by Jimmy Shand and the chief engineer at Hohner works.
Nowhere on this double CD do we find the big bold rampant & proud lettering that this is a double CD by J**** S****.
There is a 'Legal Note' which 'explains everything'.
We can only hang our heads in sadness.
Buy this CD it is surely a collector's item.
