FIRST HEARING:
The first track is obviously not meant to be lively, it’s a winter morning – cosy inside, frosty outside. But there are some very fast, energetic sets in the mix too. Lightly accompanied so the fiddle playing gets a chance to shine through.
The CD seems to be about equally split between tunes and songs.
