FIRST HEARING:
This opener is in line with traditional fiddle recordings, simple fiddle & piano until mid-way through then it gets a touch more jaunty as the air ups-tempo to reels and the percussion & bass jumps in.
The playing is very tasty and the accompaniment well balanced into the recording.
