It's a bit daft giving a description of a band that had made nearly 1,000 albums however 'The Batties' has never stood still in their approach to traditional music.
OK they've never had a drummer, but that has only meant that the added extra drive come from the 4 players. So what you get here is a near a stage performance as possible and it certainly does not lack drive.
