The Fiddle has been at the heart of traditional music in Orkney for centuries.It has even been suggested that Arcadians, working in the fur trade around the Hudson's Bay area, were the first to introduce the instrument to Canada.It's fitting then that the second live album in the Gathering series is dedicated to the fiddle and its music.
