What an oddity!
Some of the track spellings are 'dodgy' but the booklet mentions that the recordings were made by Alan Lomax, and maybe 6 tracks are by McColl & Seeger. Another two feature Jeannie Robertson (?) and two are bagpipe tracks. The rest of the singers were obviously recorded on a Lomax field trip. A rarity? Maybe.

1) Pipe Tunes:
Hail Ro Ruadh Waternish - Daldownie's Reel - The Spider in the Gaff - Slow Gaelic Air
2) Johnny Lad
3) Jock McGraw
4) Johnny o' Braideslee
5) He Widna Wint His Gruel
6) My Rovin' Eye
7) Blue Bonnets Over the Border
8) Mouth Music
9) The Elfin Knight
10) Aikendrum
11) The Maid Gaed to the Mill
12) The False Lover Won Back
13) Never Wed An Old Man
14) Waulkin Songs
15) MacPherson's Lament
