Suffice to say that the continued growth in interest has allowed many more CDs of the style into the public domain and given a new life to recordings that were often made for mere handfuls of friends and followers of the style.
Piobaireachd (pibroch) is considered 'the classical music of the Great Highland Bagpipe' with tunes lasting around 12 minutes on average - hence so 'few' tracks on piobaireachd albums.
