From the CD Booklet " Crossing the Borders "

Choosing the tracks for a new album is always really difficult - there's five of us in the band, all with our own ideas and influences, and the Clydesiders have always avoided being stuck in any one particular folk category. The band has changed over the last couple of years, we think very much for the better - and this has to be reflected in our new album.
In the end, we managed to agree on thirteen tracks we all really liked, they're taken from our live act, and this album very mush represents the true sound of the Clydesiders today.
