Singer,musician, composer, radio presenter, film and television producer Philip King is from Cork City. For decades he has been at the heart of many developments in irish contemprary music and culture. He has performed extensively in Ireland and abroad as solo singer and long- standing member of the group Scullion and among the many songs he has composed is i am stretched on your grave later recorded by Sinead O'Connor.
His achievements in the world of film and television include Bringing it all back home, A river of sound, The piper's call, Keeping time, Sult, Sruth na Maoile and the feature film This is my father.
