From the CD Booklet " Bakerswell "

On the 1984 tour, when we were first joined by flute player Mick Hand and fiddle player Kevin Glackin, all the publicity was in the name of Bakerswell Associates. It was suggested that i name the band Bakerswell.

For the past six years or so i've enjoyed listening to John Kelly Jnr. and John McEvoy play in the Four Seasons Inn in Dublin, and i am very pleased that they are joining us on this recording as members of Bakerswell.
